Check In / Check Out

Check-In is 4:00 pm. Your code will be in your trip details through Airbnb, or manually in VRBO. You should receive this prior to check-in.

To lock door, just push the lock button.

Check-Out is 10:00 am. Please take out the trash (green is trash/brown is recycling-NO GLASS), load and start the dishwasher, turn off the lights, and lock the doors.

House Do's & Dont's

Don't smoke/vape in the house.

Don't allow pets on furniture or beds without a cover. Blankets can be found in the half bath on bottom shelf & in living room basket.

Don't throw unauthorized parties or events.

Do use the dog bed (located under the bunk beds) and other amenities

Do let us know if you want us to stock the house before your arrival. We offer to pre-stock the house for an additional fee.

Do relax and enjoy.

Additional Important Notes About the Property:

You can find additional towels on the shelves in the half bath or in the double sink bathroom vanity.
Do not worry about stripping the beds.
Trash pickup is every Monday (green bin). Recycling pickup is every 2nd and 4th Monday (brown bin).
Greensboro City does not recycle glass. Please throw glass in recycling or take it to a recycling center.
Outside seat cushions located in the outdoor storage bins.
Dog bed is under the bunk bed in the front room.
Games are located in the tv stand in the living room.
Full length mirrors are located in the King room closet and Queen room closet.
